Please note that our services have social interactions (e.g. B. Public posting content, information and comments and chat with other users). We would like to point out that any content or data you provide in these areas may be read, collected and used by others. We advise against posting or sharing information with others you do not want to make public. If you upload content to our digital assets or otherwise make it available as part of the use of a service, this is at your own risk. Cookies and similar technologies
When you visit or access our Services, we authorize third parties to use web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, and other technologies and analytics services (“tracking technologies”). These tracking technologies can allow third parties to collect your data automatically, to improve the browsing experience on our digital assets, optimize their performance and ensure a customized user experience, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Web analysis
If you have given your consent, we will process your personal data in cooperation with Google Analytics, Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as joint controllers for the purpose of failure analysis and statistical analysis of our website. A failure to give consent will have no immediate impact on the function of the website, although a lack of statistic data will make it more difficult for us to sophisticate the website. You can revoke your consent by changing the settings at Cookie settings.
We will enable the service to collect connection data, data of your web browser and data of accessed content and to execute analysis software and to store data on your terminal device. The service anonymizes collected data immediately after such data were collected and provides us with statistics for analysis containing anonymous data. We use these statistics for failure analysis and for the sophistication of our website. Data on your terminal device are kept for up to two years.
The legal basis of processing is your consent according to § 165 Abs. 3 TKG 2021. Data will be transmitted to the United States on the basis of your consent according to Art. 49 (1) (a) in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You were informed already prior to giving your consent that the USA have not adopted data protection standards in conformity with EU requirements. In particular US intelligence agencies will be able to access your data without informing you and without you being able to take legal action. For this reason, the European Court of Justice has issued a judgment by which it invalidated the previous adequacy decision (privacy Shield).

We may provide advertisements through our services and our digital assets (including websites and applications that use our Services), which may also be tailored to you, e.g. B. Ads based on your recent browsing behavior on websites, devices or browsers.
To provide you with these advertisements, we may use cookies and/or JavaScript and/or web beacons (including transparent GIFs) and/or HTML5 Local Storage and/or other technologies. We may also use third parties, e.g. B. Network inserted (i.e. Third parties that display advertisements based on your website visits) to serve targeted ads. Where do we store the data?

Please note that our companies and our trusted partners and service providers are based around the world. For the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we store and process all non-personal information we collect in different jurisdictions.
Personal data
Personal information may be maintained, processed and stored in other jurisdictions in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel and to the extent required to the proper provision of our Services and/or as required by law (as explained below).
Webhosting and Website Services
This site is hosted by and operated on WIX. WIX´s services and its data protection efforts are provided as outlined in WIX´s Privacy statement and WIX´s Data Processing Addendum.
The use of WIX is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. This consent can be revoked at any time.
How long is the data kept?
Please note that we retain the collected data for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We may correct, supplement or delete inaccurate or incomplete data at any time at its sole discretion.
How do we protect the data?
The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer you our services. Your data can be stored via the data storage, databases and general applications of our hosting provider. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.
All payment options offered by us and our hosting provider for our digital assets comply with the PCI Security Standards Council regulations of the PCI Security Standards Council (Council for Credit Card Industry Security Standards). This is the collaboration of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card data (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) by our shop and service providers.
Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and will not guarantee absolute protection or security of the information you upload, publish or otherwise disclose to us or others.
For this reason, we would like to ask you to set safe passwords and, if possible, do not provide confidential information to us or elsewhere, the disclosure of which you believe could significantly or permanently harm you. Since e-mail and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we also ask you not to disclose confidential information via any of these communication channels.
How do we deal with minors?
The services are not intended for users who have not yet reached the legal age of majority. We will not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are not yet age, you should not download or use the Services and do not provide us with any information.

We do not sell users' personal data for the intentions and purposes of the CCPA.
Users of the Services residing in California and under 18 years of age may request and obtain the deletion of their published content by email at the address provided below in the “IMPRINT” section.
